Organizaciones humanitarias argentinas denunciarán el genocidio en el franquismo
Organizaciones humanitarias de Argentina preparan una demanda por "genocidio" y "crímenes de lesa humanidad" cometidos en España durante la dictadura de Francisco Franco, que se presentará la semana próxima en los tribunales de Buenos Aires, según dijo el abogado Carlos Slepoy.
Scilingo fue condenado en España por crímenes en la dictadura argentinaLa demanda se fundamentará en que tales delitos "no prescriben" y "en el mismo principio de jurisdicción internacional" que aplicó el Tribunal Supremo español para juzgar a acusados por crímenes de la dictadura militar argentina, explicó Slepoy, quien trabaja con grupos humanitarios locales. El principio de "jurisdicción internacional" es "el mismo" que se aplicó en el juicio contra el ex aviador naval argentino Adolfo Scilingo, a quien la Justicia española condenó en 2007 a 1.084 años de prisión por crímenes de la dictadura argentina (1976-1983), destacó.
Slepoy indicó que se reclamará a los tribunales federales de Buenos Aires que se investiguen delitos de "genocidio y/o crímenes lesa humanidad" cometidos en España entre el 18 de julio de 1936 y el 15 de diciembre de 1975. El lapso que se propone investigar "es el mismo que abarca la amnistía española en beneficio de quienes cometieron delitos con intencionalidad política", extremo que no comparten los organismos humanitarios, apuntó el abogado. "El Comité de Derechos Humanos de las Naciones Unidas ha recomendado anular la amnistía española", remarcó Slepoy.
Este abogado consideró injusto que el juez español Baltasar Garzón sea sometido a juicio en su país por investigar "crímenes de lesa humanidad del franquismo que son imprescriptibles".
Garzón será juzgado por un presunto delito de prevaricación, por haberse declarado competente para investigar los crímenes y desapariciones durante la Guerra Civil española (1936-1939) y la dictadura (1939-1975).

Sabater d'Ordis
De Viquipèdia
El Sabater d'Ordis es un personatge literari inmortalitzat pel poeta empordanès Carles Fages de Climent, que el 1954 va publicar el poemari "La balada del sabater d'Ordis", amb pròleg d'Eugeni d'Ors, i il·lustració i epíleg de Salvador Dalí. El personatge, que Eugeni d'Ors va comparar amb el Quixot, caminava pels camins de l'Empordà, tot dirigint la tramuntana amb una canya.
El sabater, però, va existir, es deia Anton Iglesias, i vivia en una casa prop de l'església dOrdis. S'explica que era un bon sabater fins que un dia, el fill d'una masia important d'Ordis va matar el seu fill d'un tret fortuït. Sembla que durant un temps el sabater rebia uns diners perquè callés el fet. Tot i això, el sabater va canviar molt, barallant-se amb la seva dona fins que el va deixar. Va anar descuidant el seu ofici fins que un dia va començar a demanar menjar per les cases del poble. També hi ha gent gran de la comarca que recorda que els dijous que feia tramuntana, es col·locava a un cantó de la rambla i dirigia el vent com si fos una orquestra. La casa del «Sabater d'Ordis», actualment, és la Casa de la Vila i ha estat restaurada.

El Sabater de Ordis

El Sabater de Ordis (que en catalán significa "el remendón d'Ordis") es un personaje literario inmortalizado por el poeta catalán Carles Fages de Climent en su poemario titulado "la balada del Sabater d'Ordis" publicado en 1954 con prólogo de Eugeni d'Ors y epílogo e ilustración de Salvador Dalí, amigo personal del poeta. El personaje, al que D'Ors compara con Don Quijote vagaba por los polvorientos caminos del Ampurdán, la comarca natal de Fages i Dalí, diriendo la tramontana, el viento del norte, con una caña.
Esta poderosa figura icónica ha sido evocada en numerosas ocasiones por distintos escritores y artistas, entre ellos el propio Salvador Dalí, que, en un conocido verso, se compara a si mismo con el personaje del "Sabater d'Ordis":

01. Every participant, individual or collective, authors from any country, will be able to show maximum of three pieces of artworks.
02. The presented pieces of artworks won’t be able to have been rewarded in other competitions and will be have a ceramic concept. The dimensions can’t exceed of 2 m. in their longer side neither 1m3 of total volume, nor of a superior weight to 50 kg in its parts
03. The registration forms, they will have to be sent to the following address, before March 9th:

These registration forms will have to be enclosed of:
-Technical characteristics of the artwork
-Updated curriculum of the artist ceramics.
-Enough images for the understanding of the artwork
. The images can be presented in photographic paper support, digital support (CD or mail, in jpg. format 300 dpi. resolution and size 15 x 20 or slide support (format of 24 x 36 mm. and framework of 5 x 5 cm.).
-Necessary instructions and elements for the assembly of the artwork if it´s necessary.
-Short technical explanation, up to ten words.
04. Between the presented application forms, the Selection Committee will choose the finalists, from the sent documentation. Their decision will be notified immediately to all the participants. Nevertheless, it saves itself the right of exclusion of some work that does not correspond faithfully with the sent images.
05. All the documentation that encloses to the registration forms, they will pass to take part of the CERCO´S file.
06. The jury will be composed by qualified and recognized personalities in arts in general. Their verdict will be unappealable.
07. The selected artworks will have to be sent, before April 3rd.

08. The selected and rewarded artworks will be showed in the exhibition room “Enrique Cook” of the Taller Escuela Cerámica de Muel and in the exhibition rooms of the Museo of Teruel, and everything will represent in the general catalogue it will be published with motive of CERCO.
09. The organizers will communicate the verdict of the jury, as the same time of the opening of the exposition of the selected and awarded artworks.
10. The cost of move of sending will be paid by the artist ceramics. The selected artworks will be returned, when the expositions are finished, to their artist ceramics, by the same way and packing that they were sent. The cost of move of sending back, after their exposition, will be paid by the artist ceramic.
The artworks will have to be sent in box of wood, perfectly immobilized and isolated, and the screwed lid. If the packing aren’t suitable, the organizers won’t expose the above-mentioned works and will return then to their authors to due freightages.
All artwork that arrives damages to the competition it won´t be exposed.
11. The prizes that will be given between the works selected are:
1st prize awarded with 6,000 EUROS and one second prize of 4,000 EUROS.
The prizes will be subject to the fiscal rules to correspond, according to the actual legislation in the moment of their delivery.
12. The rewarded works will become possession of the organizers.
13. The organizers will insure the artworks, after checking their state, from the reception until to their leaving.
14. The participants only so as to participate will accept the rules of this competition. The Jury will solve any circumstance, not anticipated in these bases.
